I am very happy to announce that this fall my first book of poetry will be coming out. The title is The Sun Burned Bright and Hot. It will have 30 poems in English–6 poems in French–4 prayers–10 essays and a short story. The thirty poems in English will be divided evenly between light and playful poems and more serious, inspirational poems.
The four prayers will cover the following topics: Prayers for (1) Emotional Healing (2) Prayers For Recovery from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (3) Prayers To Quit smoking and (4) Prayers For Healthy Eating Habits. The essays will cover various topics on modern poetry and my commentary of cultural interest such as “Why I hate French Movies” also The Kennedy assassination “Fatal Fasciation” and “Jim Morrison Rock and Roll Poet.”
The title poem, The Sun Burned Bright and Hot is fully explained in the other blog post. My vision as an author can be found in the other blog Welcome To My Website. My poems are a mixture of my life experiences, jokes, wisdom and things I see and hope for the world. I hope that my poems connect with you the reader and build up a com- munity of readers who love poetry and who are trying to make the world a better place by treating people with love humor and respect.
